I’m studying Business Information Systems, combining business and IT to tackle modern challenges. My Digital Management specialization focuses on aligning technology with business goals, enabling me to analyze problems and create innovative solutions.

I completed my High School Diploma at ERSI, with advanced courses in English and Computer Science. Additionally, I served as the class representative and was actively involved in the student council.

I am currently working as a working student in Business Analysis at KfW IPEX Bank. My role involves developing and executing test cases for internal applications, assisting in coordinating specialists to resolve software issues, preparing reports and presentations for management, and serving as a cross-departmental contact for the transfer and migration of existing documents to Confluence.

As a Customer Service Excellence Specialist, I ensured exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall experience for opera patrons, contributing to the smooth operation and positive reputation of the venue.
